What's the difference from oxy steam clean & oxy dry clean?
Steam clean uses a wand to extract the soil with no fiber damage vs dry clean uses a machine that would scrub the dirt in and around the carpet fiber so you cant see it.
Does the price change from what I was quoted over the phone?
No, the price we give you over the phone is the price we walk out the door with.
What kind of equipment do you have?
We have all butler truck-mount unites that give up to 300 degrees of steam and works off the engine of the van to give more vacuum suction.
What is included in the price I am given?
We include deodorize, disinfect, and a pre-treatment to all areas that need cleaning.
How long have you been in business?
My carpet cleaner has been open since 1989. Word of mouth is our best advertising so we make sure you are satisfied with the results.
What is the drying time?
Our drying time is around five hours depending on how soiled the carpets are.
Are the products you use safe for pet and children?
Yes, and we make sure your carpets are chemical free after we are done.
Is the rotary cleaning tool better than the regular cleaning tool?
My opinion is that machines that spin thousands of times on your carpet will cause Faster carpet fiber to wear out, and longer drying time which can cause mold and faster carpet discoloring. Not only that if your carpet has a loss of fiber it can grab it and tear your carpet. Rotary carpet cleaning machines are easy for the technician but hard on your carpets.
